Q: Are there ID requirements or an age minimum to enter the event? 

A: Yes, THIS EVENT IS 21+. We cannot and will not admit anyone under the age of 21 or without a valid ID. We do not allow children of any age to enter.  

Q: What are my transport and parking options for getting to and from the event? 

A: The hotel and venue are easily accessible from major highways and roads. View the map below for FREE self-parking locations onsite. Please follow signs for parking areas, and plan for safe transportation home using a rideshare service, tax, or public transportation. The hotel will charge for valet parking. 

Additional bus route times and stops will be available on Minnesota Valley Transit Authority Route 436. Those riding to the event can depart from and return to 46th Street Station. The regular fare will apply, learn more here.

Q: Where do I enter? 

A: Please refer to the map above and enter around the back of the hotel and restaurant. The entrance is NOT thru the front of the hotel.  

Q: Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event? 

A: No, we can also scan the QR code from the confirmation email on your phone. 

Q: What is the refund policy? 

A: Refunds may be requested up to 30 days before the event starts and granted at the organizer’s discretion. 

 Q: The name of the registration/ticket doesn’t match the guest. Is that okay? 

A: Yes, valid tickets may be used by anyone 21+, regardless of the name used during registration. 

Q: Are dogs allowed? 

A: Only service animals are allowed. 

Q: May I bring a water bottle into the venue? 

A: Empty water bottles will be allowed. 

 Q: May I leave and reenter? 

A: Yes, but please speak to our guest service team members at the entry/exit first.
